Overview
Marriott Academy’s Strategic and Business Plan, in the first instance, serves to:
Marriott Academy’s primary purpose is the provision of nationally recognised vocational education and training qualifications to overseas students.
Marriott Academy exists to engage students in learning that will maximise their value as an employee in their chosen industry, and foster a commitment to lifelong learning.
Marriott Academy aspires and strives to being one of Australia’s leading providers of nationally recognised vocational education and training (VET) qualifications to overseas students.
Marriott Academy’s success will be measured by:
- the quality vocational outcomes achieved by graduates;
- the successful transition of graduates to their chosen occupation and/or further training; and,
- the assurance of ongoing business viability.
Marriott Academy’s values define what we stand for as a business, and establish signature behaviours that define our identity. Marriott Academy holds the following ‘values’ as the foundation of its operations:
- Integrity – the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles by which all functions and operations of our business are conducted.
- Quality – the totality of features and characteristics of our services that bear on our ability to satisfy deliver outcomes which are recognised as industry-leading and best practice.

Our RTO is founded on the principles of quality, fairness and respect for the individual. Our expectation is that all Marriott Academy staff and students work as a team in order to maintain the highest educational standards and foster continuous improvement.
Marriott Academy understands that when foreign students make the decision to undertake studies in Australia, it is not a decision made lightly, and the outcomes can be life changing. Overseas students may be faced with many challenges whilst studying in Australia, and Marriott Academy assures all of their students that they will be supported and valued throughout their time at the RTO.
All Marriott Academy staff are expected to act as a team in the provision of its services, and students should feel comfortable and confident to approach any of our staff members for support.
